Family friendly: No, really bad We couldn't go on our vacation during the Corona period because our girls got sick and had to pay the full price. They kept the deposit and that's not family-friendly at all. It happens with small children that they get sick but don't even make a little concession. Other people in the Corona period were very lousy and accommodated us starting from the full price plus the deposit, which was not offset against us at all. Thanks for nothing!

We spent 5 days at the Berger family hotel and were really very satisfied. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the breakfast, lunch and dinner were also very good. There is a lot to discover on the farm, from which you have a fantastic view of the landscape, there are many different animals, you can get your own breakfast eggs from the chickens. There is also a small swimming pond. The daily program for the children is lovingly designed. We can really recommend the hotel.

First of all: Do you have children between 0-12 years old and are you looking for a place to slow down and where your children can have fun? Then you are exactly right here! My wife and I stayed at this truly fabulous hotel for 4 days with our 2 year old son. The Berger family and their employees look after their guests very warmly and courteously. You just feel comfortable. The playground includes trampoline, slides, swings, large sandpit, soccer field, pedal car race track, children's carousel & table tennis table. On bad weather days you can also use the games rooms including table football in the hotel. The little ones also have fun with the varied childcare! The animals, consisting of cats, chickens, goats and horses, are also a highlight for the children. In the wellness area you will find a beautiful pool, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna and a steam bath, as well as a roped off play area. Below the hotel there is a small swimming pond that invites you to jump in on hot days :) The rooms are clean, a good size and very new. The tiny houses also make a really nice impression. The food and selection for the children was excellent and left nothing to be desired. The feel-good half board is especially perfect for children who need something to eat for lunch. All in all, a great hotel where parents and children can feel comfortable, have fun and relax. We'll definitely be back! Best regards Denise, Marc and Quentin

Price + performance = top / great playground / cute animals / food: completely sufficient and good / flexible in case of intolerances (e.g. vegan) / great children's activities / pool: not huge but sufficient / places for excursions are nearby / friendly staff (sometimes a bit small Communicative on this holiday) / very clean rooms / ... We stayed here at the Familien Hotel Berger in June 2023. We moms went there with our kids (2 and 3 years old). The location is great. We live near Vienna and the journey time of approx. 1 3/4 hours is very pleasant with small children. We had very good weather. There are some animals to see and pet. The baby cats were a highlight this year. The playground is right next to the hotel and offers a lot for young and old. Play areas have also been set up indoors. Next time we won't need any more toys. The spa area is great. There is a very lovely lady here who offers massages and treatments and does them really well. THANKS. The indoor pool is completely sufficient and the temperature was ideal for the summer. The sauna was not in use and the steam sauna was broken. Lt. This will be fixed soon. This didn't bother me in the summer. It's great in winter. FOOD: completely sufficient. Of course not 5 star hotel food, but very tasty. There isn't much choice, but that's understandable since there are only a certain number of guests there. There was always something for the children too. TIP: For desserts, perhaps prepare more chocolate-heavy things. My daughter didn't think much of the desserts. SUPER GREAT: My girlfriend can't tolerate everything and she was made her own things every day (vegan) that were really tasty. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Childcare is also very nice there. =) Thank you for this adventure holiday. What we might also want to test in the future is vacationing in winter. The hotel has its own slope right next to it. Ideal for tobogganing and for your first attempts at skiing. We are excited. Greetings Dani
